Do your PCs come with any warranty?

Yes, all refurbished PCs come with a 1-year RTB warranty. All new PCs come with a minimum of 2-year warranty, please see the warranty page for more information.

What kind of PCs do you build?

I build everything from basic home or work PCs to high-end gaming PCs with custom water cooling loops and everything in between, I have built PCs for professional animators, professional musicians, small businesses, large multi-million-pound businesses, charities, trusts, I have built servers, home NAS (network attached storage), HTPCs (home theatre PC), I even have one regular customer that uses me to build PCs that are required to run older machinery and won't run on anything modern (they require circa 1990s components to operate)

My PC is broken - how much will it cost to fix?

I charge a standard fee of £25 for diagnostics, and you will get a report and a free estimate of how much it would cost to repair.
